Lip Kit

So I’ve been wanting to put a subtle (but good looking) and easy to fit kit on my car. Preferably not replacing the bumpers all together and have found this one.

Was basically just wondering if these “lips” after painted and primed will just bolt on/3m tape on to my pre existing bumpers and side skirts. Also considering my dual exit exhausts on the back of my lancer, would the rear lip intefere with the placement of the exhaust tips at all?

If it does then im willing to bet it can be cut to fit
