Evo X spoiler

Postby Superlanboy » Tue Jun 21, 2016 5:15 pm

A bird decided to do it's business on my rear spoiler which has resulted in a nasty etch mark :( . The good news is that it's given me an excuse to get an Evo X spoiler :) . Can anybody recommend me a store in Brisbane where I can get this done (2011 Ralliart). Alternatively I could purchase one online and install it myself but I don't know of any reputable stores. Any suggestions would be great help.

Unfortunately I can't scrub the etch mark off since it got through the paint :( . Not sure what the bird ate but it's droppings were on there for no more than 4 hours (under the sun) before it was washed off.

Depends if you want OEM or not. I have a 10 piece Evo X style wing that I purchased through eBay and got sprayed to match the paint code of my car. Wing was around $260 with free postage. Good fitment and the mould is perfect. If you want OEM though, you'll need to contact Mitsu with a valid Evo X VIN number and will be upwards of $1k+.

BE AWARE: You will have to drill extra holes into your boot! Here's the eBay link: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MITSUBISHI-E ... SwgApXA1N2

Thanks, just what I'm after. Is this relatively easy to install? I have no issues drilling any holes.

They are easy to install if you are only mildly useful with a spanner and a drill.
