Evo has a wider subframe. Pretty sure only body part from the evo you can use is the bonnet.

i have seen a guy in the US do a OEM EVO X front bumper conversion and that required him buying side fenders to make it fit as the front bumper was too wide for the existing fenders

i havent seen anyone do the rear one before but i would assume it would be the same as doing the front

I thought the frame it all bolts up to would be a bit wider to, that and the mounting holes would be different. If it was as simple as changing the fenders to match the bumper the rear bumper would still be harder due to the nature of the rear fenders design.

If you are going to do a rear guard change you will need 2 rear doors also.
Do you have any idea what it would cost to try to graft a set of rear guards on? I would also have a look at the sills they are probably different as well.

exactly, easier and cheaper to just buy the aftermarket kit if your heart was set on that look. But then your car is already a RA so why do that.

Easiest and cheapest method:

1/ Sell RA

2/ Buy EvoX

If your purpose is to make people think you drive an X, then you still have the fuel filler cap to worry about, as the RA's is round and the Evo's is square.

Front bumper and fenders seem doable unless the fender mountings between RA and Evo are different (not sure), but for the rear, I can't picture how the fenders can be taken off and the wider ones fitted.

You'd probably spend thousands granted that everything can be done (labour cost in Australia is outrageous), so if I were you, I'd just buy the Evo-style front bumper and spend the rest making the RA perform closer to the X.

i would agree with selling the RA and getting an evo

or just getting a front bumper of rainbow pen and a rear spoiler and your like 70% evo LOL!

It's cheaper and less painful to just sell the RA and buy an EVO.

The Evo and RA do not share the same frame. So you can't just buy the ABS plastic bits of front and rear or just change fenders to get a RA to look like an Evo.
