with these transmissions i wouldnt even toe a pushbike.

Mitsubishi says that the Evo is not meant to tow anything, hence they don't make a towbar for it.

yeah but mitsu also consider the evo as if its some jap ferrari or something.
still though i wouldnt toe with the sst tranny
not unless you have 10,000 reasons to do it

There is no towbar for EVO owing to the high-strung nature of the engine (need plenty of cooling for that baby even when you don't throw a caravan on the back;-)

There is a towbar for the Ralliart models - MZ350125 - with a 1 ton limit.

i always thought they were the same.

so hypothetically if i got a sst from an evo i couldnt fit it to my ra?

I have heard they are mechanically the same with the exception of 5th and 6th gear ratios. The software would be different due to the RA not have SSport mode.
