You could try someone like ARS Bodykits.

You have a spare A$10K lying around to for their staff to do the tooling and put the prototype?

Fiberglassers can make anything but of you're after an affordable job then it won't have perfect dimensions probably :P

You can do it yourself. In either FG or CF

What you do is make a full scale clay prototype as its a simple structure or if you have access to either a VRX or that other spoiler you can use that as a template.

Then you get the tooling stuff (boat builders is easy place to find it). Once you are happy with the prototype you start putting the tooling gel over the prototype (how you want to do this is your choice but depending on manufacturing process will decide which way you go). Let the tooling gel set for however long until its ready for putty to go over the top of it to form a solid mould. After 24hours your mould is ready for you to make parts from.

The tooling will be the most expensive part as raw materials are pretty cheap. You dont need to spend thousands of dollars just to make a working prototype or a limited run of production versions.

If you take the time to learn how to do it yourself you would be very surprised in how much it actually costs
