Evo X Steering Wheel

Postby chump » Wed Apr 07, 2021 7:26 pm

Hello,
I have noticed the leather material on my steering wheel is deteriorating. I was thinking of putting the wheel from an Evo X in it (I think the Ralliart has the same wheel as the Evo X?). Would this work? I assume it would fit but would my steering wheel controls still work or is there a slight modification I would have to do?

Thanks in advance

yup
the spline on most mitsubishi's are the same
lancer, ASX, outlander, EVO, RA, Pajero
i know this for a fact after spending sometime in wrecking yards checking out all kinds of stuff
just check the clock spring fits, you might need to swap it out when you do the Evo X steering wheel

So if I was to buy the wheel out of an Evo X/Ralliart with the clock spring, everything should connect up fine and work? i.e Cruise control and media controls will work on the new wheel?

Thank you for your help.
