Picked these up off and eBay and think they look pretty nice, especially for someone who hates that stock silver look.

Not bad for the money.

How did you clean the surface before applying them?

Just gave it a quick scrub with isopropyl to clean it off.
Its got a pretty decent stick to it though.

just ordered some for mine, will actually match the interior trim of my car!
Nice find!

Love the look of it, is it subtle with the rest of trims in the car?

Looks sick man, cheap as well!

Yeah it matches the interior really well, especially cause mine has the glossy black trim interior.

I also ordered these: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/271171043647 ... EBIDX%3AIT
Which are bit pricy for what they are but also look really good and pull the look together.

I was wondering how hard is it to take the wheel apart if I wanted to paint that bit?

Not a clue sorry, think it would be a bit of a hassle.
Maybe if you don't like the carbon fibre look you could use some plain black vinyl.

I don't mind the CF, did the bit behind the number plate and have home made bits around my interior door handles.

Would be nice if someone made some downloadable PDF of the cutouts to do this at home, including the ones around the side vents and other parts of the interior!

from reading online on the back of the silver area with the buttons are 2 screws, one each side. undo them, pop it off. apparently you have to individually remove the buttons from the silver housing though.

Didn't think vinyl wrap would grip well on rough internal plastic surfaces!

I put some on the front doors around the latches and its stuck well, but need to redo them as I was never happy with the way I cut them to fit.
