Do all CJ model Lancers use the same HVAC control unit ?

Lets say, would a unit from a Ralliart be the same as the one in my Evo ?

Yes.

There's two types - the plain-jane version from the base-models and the shiny climate-control version from the posh models.

There were some changes to the electronics after the release of the MY2013/14 models, which I believe may limit you to buying the appropriate revision...

delta_fragma is the expert on such things, send him a nice PM...
