Vinyl Wrap

Postby Luke » Wed Dec 04, 2013 10:19 pm

Hi all, two quick questions;

I'm looking to do some wrapping on the interior silver ES trim, and just was wondering;
1. Where's the best place/website to buy vinyl wrap?
2. Should I DIY or get professionally done?

Thanks :)

Is there anything specifically I should search for? Or just #colour# vinyl wrap?

And I'm usually okay with schoolbooks :D

I tried to wrap my bonnet on monday. didnt turn out so well, had to abandon the idea.
wrap it self is quite cheap20 bux gets you a decent size sheet. but if your going to get some one to do it for you, the cheapest i found to wrap my bonnet was $250...
there are some little trick to it if your gona do it your self, but still takes lots of time.

Probably should be alright because it's only interior.

wrapping is very easy actually, a bonnet is simple minus the water sprays because it is a flat surface

the secret to wrapping is use high end wrap and its a breeze
brands like avery, 3M, and hexis are the way to go

take out the silver stuff (very easy), apply the vinyl and then heat it up
after its flush, then cut out the access and place everything back
for you first time it should take about 1-2 hours
