sorry I'm abit lost here. What is a RA rear bar?

maybe check a few wreckers, they may have some you can pick up cheaply.

I'd imagine an RA with a rear bumper would be pretty hard to find, I rarely see RA's on the road and the crash would need to be front/side to keep bumper intact
