Sadly I don't think the cops would approve with me being on SA P1's

This wrecker in SA seems to have a few CJ's in for wrecking, but none in Gold (They have a Champagne VRX in photos, not sure if colour your looking for). I don't know anything about them but they seem to take requests so may not hurt to call them.

Sadly since the car has been there since late June, as I suspected the door has been sold, so I am back to square one...
Would anyone near dandenong be making a trip through to adelaide anytime soon and could remove the door for me? It's a bit of a long shot, but it's one of few options that I have, otherwise I'm left with getting it resprayed.

Jollys don't remove the door for you, someone has to do that, I've wanted to go to Adelaide, but funds are a bit tight atm, otherwise I'd be hella keen, that and I'd need to talk to she who must be obeyed

did ya ask about the manual conversion kit?

Haha fair enough, but funds are the same reason I can only dream of an engine swap or a manual conversion

So I am still in the process of looking for a door without any luck so far, is anyone else near Dandenong other than Quismiff interested in going to Adelaide and dropping the door off along the way? Or has anyone found any other places with a left front door in S18 colour?

If not, does anyone know where I can buy the metallic paint so that it matches, or is it easier to leave it up to the repairer to find it?

Does anyone know if the dimensions of the front doors on a hatchback are the same as a sedan?

I would think they are the same. Maybe check with Mitsubishi
