lol, would love a white one.

However what I realised, is that in order for white to look good, you will have to trick out the car quite a lot.

I am planning on pretty much leaving my VR stock, with the black out bumper + low rise spoiler.

Looking to add a front lip as well, but not anytime soon after I purchase the car.

Do you guys reckon it will be a good idea to get the bumpers black out from the dealers? or will they charge an arm and a leg?

What!!!!
White is the easiest to trick out!!!
black vinyl is the cheapest mod of all lolz!!!
come to a Sydney meet and see some of our members cars first, before you buy.
you will be impressed and confused at the same time on what to choose!

DON'T GET THE VINYL FROM THE DEALER.
it does not fit properly.
you are better to DIY it or see a local sign writer.

Local sign writer sounds like a good idea, but if the dealer can throw it in or something, then I guess its all sweet.

Try and get them to throw something else in!! If you get the OEM vinyl, you will want to change it anyways. It looks terrible.

Hmm my post didn't come on.

Dont' waste your money getting the OEM black out. JazzyB got it on his (we all saw it on the first VIC meet) and he ripped it out and redid it again.

If you want to get something from the dealer as part of your deal, consider these (prices are Club CJ discount pricing):

MZ314057 - Carbon Fibre-Look Insert Trim (B Pillar) = A$178.00
MZ314041 - Alloy Fuel Door - Branded Lancer =A$195.00
MZ314011 - Cargo Liner Hard Plastic = A$88.00
and a bottle of touch up paint

More worthwhile than that silly black out.
Beeble tooned MY08 OEd. w/ RA BKit+SWheel
Cosworth Panel Filter w/ RA Intake | SuperCircuit 4-2-1 Headers | Creat’d Ti-tipped SS exhaust
BC BR-type Coilovers | UR + Whiteline Bars
EBC GreenStuff Pads | RDA Rotors

Woah thanks for that mate.

I totally forgot about the Cargo Liner thing.

What I am really hoping, is that they will either chuck in the low rise or the VRX spoiler for free, and may be mats as well.

I was about to ask regarding the carbon fibre look insert thing, not really a fan of the B-pillar insert, but prefer the one that goes around the gear stick and the aircon control.

Oh almost forgot, what kind of seat covers do you guys recommend? the deal option looks rather nice, but I would imagine it will cost me more than an arm and a leg.

You guys are awesome, again I thank you all for the help.

Welcome, if you want to go for a drive Wagga Wagga Mitsubishi is GREAT, they helped me out soo much and still helping.

as for colour, my plan is keeping it stock looking for a while so i chose the red because IMO its the better looking colour standard, but if your going to add the black highlights, go white. im just not a fan of the Blue (sorry guys)
