Howdy all,

Just bought the missus a 2009 CJ ES sedan with the extra airbags, floormats and bonnet protector. Then found the VR lip spoiler and VRX 18" mags on fleabay. Very happy with it as its our first new car.

She gets to drive it to work while I get her old hyundai as a town run around. My small business may be up for leasing a vehicle (or buying with the Govt. 50% incentive) very soon.

I will be looking around all areas for info about the ES and also sharing the small probs we had with the tyres for the 18" mags.

I hear the OEM floormats are around $600! is it true or was the dealer exagerating? :P

Gotta love new cars too :) If you're looking to mod it there's plenty of DIY guides in here for you to check out

Thanks for the welcome guys.

We got the floormats and the extra airbags thrown in with the deal. I wouldnt be paying for them since OEM floormats dont usually catch all the dirt anyway (just there to look good)

I`m thinking the next step is scuff plates but Mitsu wanted $190 for the stainless ones so I didnt even ask about the carbon fibre set. I will go for a browse through the relevant forum areas but a hint here would be fantastic. Feel free to delete this part and tell me to go to the right area to post guys:)

Pimpmyhubcap, JazzyB is in the process of making custom scuff plates for the club and its members. You can either have your username or ClubCJ on them. We havnt got any prices or dates that they will be realeased but if you want to check out this thread go nuts man.
