Are you sure it's noisey injectors? Try unplugging one while it is running and see if the noise changes.

You have a few options 1 have the injectors removed cleaned and tested or 2 replace them with new ones. They usually get noisey if they have a restriction in them. It is unusual for them to be so noisey. I've never come across this in a Lancer before. How many K's has it done and has the in tank fuel filter ever been replaced?
Which ever way you go with the injectors I would be changing the fuel filter at the same time. Or 3 You could try a bottle of injector cleaner that you put in the fuel tank and use the car as you normally do it may work.

PS Buy your fuel from a high volume branded service station ie Shell BP or Caltex and don't use that rubbish with ethanol in it :)

The only fuel with ethanol in it woth running is E85.
Modern day fuel injectors are designed to last the lifetime of the vehicle with over one billion cycles before they fail.

If you get the injectors removed and serviced , make sure you do your homework first. There is some that will only do a sonic clean and charge you $50 for it.
So what about a reverse flush? Replacement seals? Replacement filters? Spray pattern testing? Warranty?

I ended up sending mine to USA , i got four serviced with reverse flush, new filter, new o-rings , spray pattern testing and all injectors in 2% of each other, two year warranty, freight to USA and back for very close to $100 AUD
And they want $50 per injector here in Oz.

Some photos of a "clean" fuel filter that is 7 years old..so much so for it getting replaced when the car got done to its service schedule. Makes me wonder what the mechanics do for their money

Google a Ryco Z924 and see what a new one looks like.

Want to run E85? You will need a new ECU tune from Merlin.Tuning@gmail.com and possibly a new fuel pump and possibly new injectors depending if NA or not
