July 2018 Update :D

I have made a few small additions to my car over the last few weeks and gone full ricer.

I picked up a strut brace, eyelids and weather shields from https://www.driveperformanceparts.com/ .

To be honest i am not 100% on the strut brace as the way that the connections have been designed between the brackets and the bar could allow for movement. I cant say i have noticed a lot of difference with the bar as my stock suspension is pretty damn soft.

In the near future i will upgrade the bolts connecting the bar to minimise the chance of the bolt slipping or loosening. My current plan is to lengthen the bolt, add conical spring washers and a nyloc nut.

I will share the upgrade once completed.

Ahh interesting! This will be something to keep my eye out for when installing mine, keen to see the difference once altered!

I have had the chance to make a few changes since my last post.

New mods -

1. Blackout of front bar chrome trim and fuel cover - This was easier than i thought it would be, i tried to do the front lip but get the edges to look any good.

2. Whiteline swaybar/spring kit - This was installed by AK Racing, the ride height and handling are far better. But at the moment my car is back with the installer to sort out a heap of rattles front and back. Will let you know how it turns out :?

Overall i am really happy with the current look of the car, more to come soon. :D
