Pete from Tweed Heads

Postby efod3 » Tue Apr 15, 2014 1:31 pm

Hey all

Hi from Pete@Tweed Heads. I have a 2009 RA Sportback, AKA Sir Walter. Always been a Mitsubishi guy, she has an Outlander VRX which is also great.

RA is slightly modified, but via Beeble I have in my possession an X turbo, and it a a few other pieces I'm waiting on are hopefully soon on and I'm really looking forward to it. But the next thing on the list is vinyl wrapping the roof, gloss black, getting it done on Thursday so might chuck up some pics after that.

Pete

Hey Steve and co

Thanks all. Had seen the Easter meet on the GC but just don't think I could make it happen family wise. And if I did the cruise I'd want to keep going and come all the way around and back through Numinbah, Chillingham and Murwillumbah, awesome drive, but you'd need a couple of petrol tankers for those with X's :)

Hey all

Thanks again for the welcome. I prob should put this somewhere else but some pics attached of the car with the vinyl roof done. I like it, and as Jacye says it does change the look/notice factor of the car.

Wanted to get a good shot with Mt Warnng in the background but had to rush home to do the afternoon kids and dog walk... on the to-do list... along with the turbo upgrade

Welcome mate - looks nice. Quite similar to mine actually! I like the roof, I've been meaning to get mine done for a while. What did that set you back?
