Gday. Just got myself an 08 VRX.

Quick question. The boot feels very heavy and doesn't open very far on its own. Is is supposed to spring up? Probably only springs up 10 or 20mm. Just enough to get your fingers underneath.

Welcome Ben and yes that is quite normal, once you start to open the boot the gas struts help with the rest
