Chi, yes U R right about a possible wt reduction in a smaller car. However the weight increase in newer cars is also partly due to the design features of the chassis and extra fixtures required to get a 5 star safety rating. If Mitsu was serious about a weight reduction there would be big gains to b...

Those details re a possible hybrid Evo and a smaller Lancer have been on other websites for over 3 - 6 mo now so hardly "news" as the Aussie motoring sites claim. LOL Where have their motoring reporters been I wonder?? With all the competition going bigger inside and out in this car class ...

Hi Aaron,

I would be interested in all the stock headlight globes if you are giving them away. I still have stock in car and will keep em for spares and to take out on country trips.
PM me or reply here, Im sure we can arrange to meet somewhere mid way from where we each live. thanks, Matt

Wow, All of this seems a bit strange to me, EVERY Lancer Reviewer since these CJ cars came out in late 2007 had nothing but VERY good things to say about this manual trans. It has been good to me. Sometimes needs a second attempt & to reengage clutch to go into reverse but that's about it. i had...

The paint is darker because it is a different colour.

It is NOT Lightning Blue.

If the correct colour is mixed it should be a perfect match assuming the original has not faded too much.

Carl, I would avoid XFactor at this time. There is another thread running about them, apparently, the guy who runs the place has been ill for most of the year and he is not working the site as he has in past years. He is generally not answering emails and calls from what I recall from the thread. Ma...
