Of course it goes to the IM, brake booster needs vacuum.

Put a heat shield on the manifold, also this braided steel line which goes behind the manifold should be routed on the other side, under the intake. I suppose this is the oil feed line. Also I think that the hose in which you T-ed is the brake booster line. You could not use the PCV line for vacuum/...
