Re: Vent issue - Interior front passenger

Would a piece of wire coat hanger with a right angle bend in it, carefully pushed in and hooked around the rear
and pulled into place do the job, be careful what you pull on, maybe two, one either side or side by side on the same edge, would be better for a more even effort.? :?

Re: Rear Diffuser

No, they are only cosmetic as are all aero devices on road cars. Currently fitting a Talon diffuser to my ES sport, admittedly for cosmetic reasons but it does have a mesh outlet that scoops air from under the car and out into vacuum at rear, so should have some effect on slip stream. Also upward s...

llol that's a 2012 thread . As far as i am aware there isn't a chief buyer at present. It would appear the job is extremely onerous with
results well bellow the required effort. If the above isn't corrected I stand corrected. :?

Re: Rear Diffuser

Test fitted talon rear diffuser. Everything fine, fit great, except for need of a bit of fill necessary on both corners. Made template and will fill with fiberglass.
Removed diffuser , will now fill corners and paint and then final refit. Should be perfect! Well pretty close!

Mileage and remaining warranty, look OK, check to make sure its still intact. all services done on time, no mods that can void warranty etc: White cars are usually cheaper from new. Try and push the price down if you can.

POLYMER POLISH

Used Meguiars for years almost half a century, Wet Look, which was a polymer polish but is now a wax. Meguiars do still produce a polymer polish but was told by Australian distributors they don't import it. Neither Autoglyn or anyone else appear to have a polymer polish, except Nu Finnish, which I f...

Re: TRANSMISSION COOLER

One thing about the CVT, it creates its own limits as to how hard it can be pushed.
So other than for, towing, heavy lodes and really hard driving with steep inclines, should be OK.

Look more like faults in fiberglass molding lol!
Should be easy enough to fill and sand before painting if your color is different. :)

TRANSMISSION COOLER

Is it worthwhile fitting a transmission cooler for a CVT for std NA set up, presuming it has a pipe running through the radiator already. Normal day to day driving occasional long trip, self plus one passenger. :? Will it be necessary or beneficial on a std NA set up, also any recommendations re typ...

Re: Wrapping Interior Trim

Only reflection you will get is in the front drivers side window, from piece between steering wheel and window and on other side window, from the closest 30 to 40cm or so. Not a hassle really. If you look carefully at your windows, you will pick up the feint reflection of the existing dash, Will giv...
