Yeah for sure, i'm sacrificing some performance for a lot of luxury.

Maybe, it's all about lifestyle, right now i don't need that sort of car, when i need a speed fix i take the R1 out

DSG, i love my manuals but the DSG is just too good, works much better in the Golf R, much more user friendly than the TC-SST, doesn't have that massive dead spot off the line

Oh and it's got Evolution car mats as well

Still gotta sort some stuff out yet so i may not get it but so far it's looking good. The EVO is an awesome car but i prefer to be out on the R1 so the car stays at home, seems a waste so i want something that has some flashy stuff on it for day to day driving.

This is a cool thread, should have done it ages ago :) Still if anyone is interested in the EVO please give me a call otherwise i'm just going to trade it. And yes, i'm buying a Golf R, not as fast as the EVO and doesn't handle as well but you can never get a chance to drive it hard these days so i'...
