Older model lancers have the tacho on the right. Newer model lancers have them swapped.

Keep an eye out for wreckers on eBay/Gumtree. I snagged my side skirts for $165.

Pretty sure the USDM '12 GTS has the ralliart front bumper.

You'll need to get a foglight kit for the RA or 2012+ lancers. 08+ will not fit.

Yep its possible i myself am driving a RA on my green P plates due to the power/weight ratio rule. you just gotta fill out a form and it gets sent to some department head to get signed off. Im guessing when they give out exemptions they look at past driving records. Also p platers can get exemption...
