IMO if its drivable its fixable but thats up to your insurance company. Clearly it needs some new panels and a bumper and that reinforcement bar needs some work. Yeah, i usually don't let anyone drive my car but when my brother was going for his P's and his car is currently getting repaired he needed a car and i was using for the day.

I brought myself Evo X style rear bumper today from Mars.
