As someone who has springs can i suggest coils. especially if its going to be a project car. Coils offer much more then the springs... the benefits outweigh the initial costs

hood scoop is easy to do :) just need to remove the central 3 metal clips and i think 4 plastic clips. then you can take the scoop off. best to have another set of hands with you because i remember mine hooking on something so needed another set of hands to make it easier. hey! just read about the reverse not engaging and beeping. How often is that happening? That happens to me too. About once a month.
