At 269k and burning oil anyway it won’t matter at all what brand of oil you put it in,just stick with 10w40.

Get your new sensor ready within reach,remove the old one with one hand and stick your finger in the hole then grab the new one with your free hand and screw it in. Depressurise the radiator but leave the cap on this will minimise coolant loss.

A couple of wraps of thread tape will be ok or Stag jointing paste or grey Threebond.

The fault is C2116 low voltage.The problem is in the circuit board attached to the pump.There isn’t usually a problem with the pump or the motor

Just did some research the different part# do have different ECU versions.You would be taking a risk using the wrong version. If it damages the power supply inside the pump then you are back to square one.I would be wary of using a second hand matching numbers pump there’s a better than average chan...

The part number is different for a reason. I wouldn’t go plugging one in just to find out. I don’t know what the difference is,it could be pressure settings for different size calipers or as you said different electronic versions. You may need to speak with Mitsubishi.

Food only….Beers after the rally finishes and we did have soft drinks that weren’t as cold as the air temp.
