The alternative indicator noise is nuts though, I think it is aimed at deaf old people that need it to be as loud as an air raid siren so they know they've left the indicator on.

The fuel consumption of all CJs is horrendous by today's standards, performance models or not. >10L/100km was acceptable for a sports car a while ago, but not now. A 328i also runs a turbo four, makes slightly more power and torque than a Ralliart yet uses half the fuel. Same with Golf GTi, Focus ST...

It most certainly does not have to serviced by a Mitsubishi dealer, and nowhere in the log book will it say this. Here is the warranty terms and conditions, where no such demand is made: http://www.mitsubishi-motors.com.au/uploads/pdf/Warranty-TC-v2.pdf In fact, it is even legislated in the Competit...

Don't get all defensive, I'm just telling you what I see. Mate, I have driven as hard as anyone at the track and I'm not saying you shouldn't, just pointing out that if you are concerned about things you write on the internet affecting a legal case you're involved in then you should have thought abo...

Good that you're OK, but I wouldn't worry too much about not posting details of the accident location for 'legal reasons' when already: 1. While trying to portray your driving as undeserving of a negligent driving offence, your signature says " its those times when something happens to your car...

I've done that after backing into tight parallel spots.

Some people legitimately think touch parking is OK.

My mum was teaching me to drive in a quiet industrial area and I was struggling to get take offs going smoothly. She was telling me something like "Give it a little bit of throttle first and then start letting the clutch out" (or maybe the other way, can't remember). After probably half an...

Rig shot attempt #2. Worst possible conditions, super bright day and a bumpy road, so struggled to get a decent shot. Need to try again with less light so I can expose longer and roll the car slower. https://fbcdn-sphotos-b-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/1270231_594055777499_1733030392_o.jpg

Same. P platers can suck it up :P Even as a 20yo with a turbo Skyline in Sydney it cost me no more than $2000, so if you need to pay more than that its your own fault!

Speed itself isn't unsafe, its the differential in speed that causes mayhem. You've got the majority of people at 110, some clown darting around everyone at 130 and learners doing 80. And as soon as said arsehole comes flying up the back of someone legally overtaking in the outside lane, he jumps fo...

First service is meant to be an opportunity for you to raise any concerns you have, as well as for them to check over to make sure things are running in properly, that is isn't using oil or melting wires or anything. Eg, when my car was new it would wander to one side when the wheel was held centre....

Btw depending on how you drive the Ralliart there is more then enough power to break traction. I can launch mine & spin all four wheels off the line or slide the back around corners quite easily so if you dont know what your doing the Ralliart is just as unsafe as any other can, especially if y...

Forget banning turbos, forget banning power to weight, forget banning V8s.... why can't they just make a list of allowed cars and a list of not allowed cars? The problem with all these politicians and paper pushers is they can only operate in numbers and figures. They just need to sit down and quali...

Where'd you bring it from? The normal headlights are OK (well they're a heck of a lot better than my previous cars anyway), there really isn't much need to upgrade I don't think. Agree with the others, the standard intercooler shouldn't be restricting temperature or flow rate unless you get se...
