Re: Factory look DRLs for VRX with Fog Lights

Note going back to the fuse box no doubt is the correct way to go but necessitates creating another entry into the box causing a possible leak allowing dust and the elements in, plus the complexity. So wouldn't it be easier to find a suitable hot lead and use an inline fuse.

Re: How common are ralli art problems, mainly transmission?

Regular servicing helps, 40000 is probably even too long. Earlier models of SSTs, before around 2012 2013, tend to have the mechatronics units leak over time causing clutches to wear as they allow have more and more slip. If you only replace the clutches the problem stills remains and will burn out...

Re: Rear Diffuser

Notice over the passed few years more and more attention is being paid to the rear of the car and its appearance from the back. Fancy rear diffusers, exhaust surrounds some even fancy shaped, chrome surrounds etc:etc: Could it be that with a more discerning buyer base. Makers realize the back end of...

Re: How common are ralli art problems, mainly transmission?

Turbos will always have more problems than normally aspirated cars. There is always a penalty for performance and high end mods and tuning. Is it worth it? depends on you and what you want! Other penalties are higher purchase price and higher running costs. Benefits Wow factor and great performance ...

Re: NSW cf lancer owner and new!

Still prefer the MY15 front. Rear end now loos great too, with rear diffuser fitted. Overall appearance enhanced, in and out with chrome moldings and black pinstriping, plus heaps of sound deadening on going. Criteria:- Personalized appearance and a serene ride. Love my car!! :( http://i.imgur.com/i...

Re: Rear Diffuser

If tow bar doesn't need original bumper modification ie: something cut out, May be possible, as it sits low down on the bumper only covering very little.

Gaps on two outer corners, not noticeable unless looked for, could have been better. Maybe future fix?

Victorian meet

Note nothing relating to Vic: So started this thread. Hopefully get the ball rolling> How about a few just eat and greet meetings at say Maccas Eltham at 8.00AM on a Saturday morning for starters, or any other suggestions. Opportunity to check out each others rides exchange ideas first hand, maybe d...
