What about the special holders you can buy, ben trying to work out which one is needed. I'm considering the D35 yellow top.

Re: Replacement Headlights
I'd go new if getting genuine ones, unless they are local and can be inspected.
As I asked does anyone recommend any of the after market ones with DRLs built in that actually work.
Also do we have a thread with detailed instructions to remove the bumper to swap the headlights?

Replacement Headlights
Considering replacing my headlights as the ones on my 09 VRX are sun damaged and won't clean up. I've seen OEM ones going for about $250 a pair, not sure if they are genuine at that price. They do look the same as mine. They are AU based as meet local requirements. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Mitsub...

Re:
After a lot of research finally got tow bar. Ralliart tow bar bolts straight on One small slot to cut just under rear plate but fits perfect when you remove tow tongue you can not notice the towbar at all. Gary Not a RA but on my VRX they had to cut the bumper, so I did this... yes its a F1 style r...

Re: COVID19 Lancer Prep
The key for me is the buy cheap supplies of timber or steel which I normally get from an Op Shop for next to nothing. Today I made a mount for my belt sander turning it into a mini bench sander! Used bit I had sitting around and works, need to make a few changes but will come in handy for some of my...

Re: COVID19 Lancer Prep
6 Months, really hope the tip shop stays open as I might need some cheap building supplies. Looking at making some bar clamps, about 1.2m long. I've got a few ideas but I might need some odds and ends to make them work. Next week I might jack up the car and paint the brakes again, been itching to do...

Re: COVID19 Lancer Prep
I don't know if I'm a sad case but I really haven't noticed much change to my daily life LOL Yes I haven't been out much but I've got a few extra things done around the house, pressure cleaned the driveway and paths around the house, long over due. Built a mobile stand for my sliding mitre saw and p...

Re: COVID19 Lancer Prep
Yeah but its a tough sell telling an officer I'm going shopping when you're 50 kays from home, unless you live on a farm. Or being with dozens of others in the middle of the night in a car park some place. I hate not being able to just go the shops or places when I want to, or just for a country dri...

Maybe go the long way to the shops? Mine are about 5 min away but the long way stretches that to about 15 min and one bit at 100kph. Added bonus I go past Bunnings that way LOL

Re: COVID19 Lancer Prep
I live on a circuit street so I could just drive around the block until I get board or the neighbours call the police LOL I've got about half a 8x4 sheet of ply but I've got a few things I'd like to build, just depends how long this actually drags on for, maybe Bunnings will add paint and timber to ...
