dad has been doing alot of research on fuels and ALL of the fuels have Ethanol in them. Certainly correct, depending on where you live.. The QLD Govt. mandated a minimum of 5% ethanol, in all fuels, by the end of 2010. Same mandates failed in WA and Victoria continues to oppose moves along these li...

Not all Shell stores sell it, but I found E10 fuel is 95RON. That is remarkable for the price savings.... I am sure most of you shun the E10 (due to ethanol). I am not finding any additional benefits from 98 over 95.... exactly the same extra-urban fuel consumption figures... I meticulously maintain...

Pickles Auction - car was already 15 months old in early '09. Very low km's. $15K All there were CVTs, so didn't have much of a choice. I bought the colour that went cheapest, champagne. Dealers were hitting the blue and silver hard. The white were the dearest by $2K, but all to private buyers, out ...

More than likely the case, they might simply want to try to move in on that market by undercutting.. meaning your next year's price might be higher.. All State/Territory Automobile Associations have a reciprocal agreement to honour your Roadside Assist membership... I think when you have 8 policies,...

Actually, insurance is subjective too.. here in QLD, NRMA works out cheapest for me... but that has a lot of 'circumstance' attached to it... You might find that NRMA continues to serve you best, depending on what 'loyalty' they give 'you' once you move.. don't discount them purely on office space.....

This kind of thread comes up in every car club every time a newer revision of the same shape happens.. I agree.. some of you have to just deal with it... or like me, never own a new car.. I bought mine a year old, at auction for $15k.. with only modest KM attached. Most of the big depreciation is do...
