What a lot of crap!!!! change sump plug with every oil change. Washer OK if needed. Didn't need doing on any of my previous cars. So are the sump covers or plugs so inferior. Perhaps an alternative would be to pick up a full time live wire, preferably at the rear to save running a wire up through the car.
and as an extra, maybe a switch if needed, once again front or the rear (fore easier wiring) when car is garaged and out of harms way.

Note some cars have a tinted section across the top of the wind screen, perhaps tint in similar location on yours will help a little.

If you are leaving half the old coolant in the car make sure the added coolant is the same, or could have problems. Its unwise to mix coolants!

Autobahn can match it and give you a spray can of the matched colour. Otherwise there are specialized shops that sell

All my lights are stock standard work great no problems. Last time I had a blown glob was more then 10 years ago.
