Re: Footwell Lights?

According to the instructions I have for the genuine footwell lights kit, the wire you need to tap into is the "6-pin white connector on the ETACS-CPU" behind / below the glovebox.

If you want to PM me an email address, I can send you the files.

Cheers,
V

How many Kay's on the clock and what kind of $ to fix it

Just on 235,000km and all up (including the tow to the mechanics) $1400. Mechanic said it was more than likely the original chain, too.

Re: 2011 Lancer wont start

For people with the same problem in the future - in my case the timing chain had stretched enough that none of the timing stuff lined up.

Got the chain, tensioner, tensioner slipper replaced and it's as good as new. :-)

Hey Dan,

Did you find out what the problem was? My '09 VRX has just done something very similar.

Cheers,

Re: VIC - Spotted Thread

Spotted a few times near my new place: * A blue/grey CJ with a plate that reads as "BATMAN" - it's really something like BATMN-5, with a few Batman stickers. * A black CJ RalliArt SportBack * A red VRX SportBack with a big sticker on the rear window (sort of like 2 interlinked circles) * A...

Re: Active Victorian members roll call

I dislike shopping[*], so it's a matter of making a list at home, then zooming through the shops to get as much done as quickly as possible... Using Google Keep's "checklist" notes makes a shopping list really easy if you're always buying the same stuff. Just un-tick the items you need to ...

Yeah, still here. Just don't post all that much these days.
