The only time I had idle problems was after I changed my intake and the hose had popped off the throttle body... So it could be the MAF Should've been the first thing they checked If cleaning it doesn't work maybe even try borrowing another one and seeing if it fixes it (pretty sure they just unplug?)
Replaced my front sway bar, still need to do my back one and its end-links. Back one is harder as you have to drop the exhaust and take off a chassis brace.

Temperature is not the same as brightness... It merely affects the colour, and somewhat our perception of brightness (whiteish light looks much brighter than yellowish light despite the same amount of energy being put out). 8000K should be well into blue territory, but it can vary with manufacturer....
