i reckon you'd be better off getting a pure wax/paint sealant which is paste/liquid and apply it with your hand , it works better than spray wax.

Spray wax are usually use between wax application to improve durability and gloss

first of all , never rinse your car with high pressure water. The high pressure will actually push the dirt onto your paint and scratch it. ALWAYS use free flowing water before and after wash. Free flowing water actually makes it easier to wipe the car dry as there isn't as many water droplets <<<< ...
