There might be a different kit for the RA and the dealer gave you a kit for an NA? I think the longer bolt is also a separate part that isn't part of the full size spare kit.

You will most likely need to modify or replace your muffler to make the tips for with that bumper, as I'm sure the spacing is different

A rattle gun is by far the easiest way to do it. Just make sure you have the air pressure set high enough when you're undoing the bolts.

A friend of mine recently traded his 09 RA and only got $13K on a $63K car. Mitsubishi is stuffing us all because they have dropped the price of the new Lancers so much. Although the RA's new price hasn't dropped much, the lower NA Lancer price dropping is still hurting our resale price.

That one sold, this is another cable a mate gave to me because he no longer has a Mitsubishi and said I could do what I like with it. Since I don't have a Mitsubishi any more either I'm selling it.
