The DBA Tech Article (# T031) to show you are probably on the right track: The original Tech Article as a PDF: https://web.archive.org/web/20111014205209/http://dba.com.au/system/files/private/docs/T031%20-%20Friction%20Material%20Deposits_0.pdf After "Blog Conversion": https://www.dba.com...

Re: Rotor upgrade/replacement
Yeah, right. Been away for a bit and didn't catch the dates... 8^d The slots I mentioned are the ones on the face of the rotors, not the edge. It's what gives them the "T2" designation. Likewise, "T3" rotors have Tri-Symmenrical slots machined into the rotor face. I think you sho...

Re: Rotor upgrade/replacement
Easy as! Sounds good to me, I ended up going with bendix HD Hey Reece, I was curious how that worked out on the DBA T2's? I've been using the Bendix HD for years on the lower spec rotors (which have a smooth rotor face) but was thinking of getting T2's (which have slots in the rotor face) for my ri...

I'm sure yours has been subject to regular servicing though..!
I bet that bottle is full of gremlins as well... Methinks leaking washer bottles are not much fun.

Re: Ben's ride thread
Thanks for the advice, Darryl. It's greatly appreciated. I've got a couple of extra steps I want to do to include a chemical flush. This will require removal of the paper filter. I'll probably use this process: ⋅ Drain & drop the pan ⋅ Clean out screen filter and re-install (...

Re: Ben's ride thread
Looks like I'm missing the O-Ring for the CVT heat exchanger housing anyway (2920A096)... They're probably about $5-ish, so might pick up a pan gasket anyway (2705A015), which look to be about $20-ish... It definitely looks like it's paper...

Re: Ben's ride thread
That just looks like a lot of hard work  And probably some blood, sweat and tears..!! And swearing - there's bound to be a bit of that too. Ben you probably don't want to use that trans gasket.....they leak like a sieve. Use a genuine gasket. Thanks for the heads-up, Darryl. tbh, I usual...

I imagine there would be a legal defence if you didn't commit fraud. In most jurisdictions mens rea (the guilty mind) is required for conviction. But then IANAL, so what do I know... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Thanks guys. That's quite helpful.
I'll probably reprogram the EEPROM myself. I have the technology and I think in hex.
