Re: Premium Membership
Don't stress, Troy. I've only just discovered that Justin has "handed over the reigns" to you in January (2018). I've been poking around and getting a better idea of the club's history and what it is currently going through. I'll chime into the discussions in the ClubCJ Talk forum. It seem...

Re: Premium Membership
Right. That seems unfortunate. Thanks for sharing that. I just came across this which was my primary reason for asking, but can you still get stickers and other club merchandise? Are there any different membership types? I can't seem to find any info on this. Is the club is an incorporated associati...

Re: Timing Chain Pre-Tensioner Recall
I just noticed the defect is listed as: "The engine auto tensioner flange may crack under high load driving conditions, which may cause the drive-belt to fall off." So now I'm wondering if this is the same recall. The Service guy did confirm it was for a timing chain. Looks like I'm about ...

Re: Timing Chain Pre-Tensioner Recall
Yeah, funnily enough I missed that when I posted this arvo...! It's whatever Owner Details MMAL has on file for the VIN. If you need to update their records, you can do so by: ⋅ Following the link in Craig's post above and submitting your VIN. The results page will contain a link to update...

Premium Membership
Fearless Admins / Committee Members: Just thought I'd mention that I can't see this topic: FULL PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP I presume this is the same for everyone, or at least non-admins, but maybe not. Basically I get the same SQL error for any topic started by a "missing" member which has no rep...

Re: Timing Chain Pre-Tensioner Recall
Yeah, thanks. That's where I started (and the ACCC too). It's not listed there. I only had the belt and the wands listed. I got them to check a few others that my VIN was in had already been rectified (e.g. brake booster check valve). After discussing the sunroof one with them, they mentioned they n...

Yeah, to be honest I think it's a MY09, but I keep getting told it's MY10...

As far as I know, there were no changes until MY11.

Auto Tensioner Flange Recall
So after attending a dealer today regarding a couple of outstanding recalls and making enquiries I was advised that my vehicle will be subject to an upcoming recall for a timing chain pre-tensioner. *facepalm* I note mine is a MY10 VRX Sportback with a 4B12, but unsure of the scope. I might make fur...

Sunroof Recall
So I've been a bit worried about cracking around my polyurethane seal on my sunroof and some warpage too. This is what bonds the glass to the metal assembly. Looking up spares I noticed that there was a new part listed (MW400247) to replace mine (5850A104), but it wasn't available whereas the old on...

Ben's ride thread
:hallo: Picked up an MY10 VRX Sportback recently. It's red, but turns orange every three days from the dust. Will probably use this thread to post updates re my modding. Hope that's ok... Bit hard to tell with all the missing Mattigins posts... :| Liking much of the content on here. Hoping to...
