Sounds like a daft question but... Do you spray the inside or outside? Is the paint weather resistant?

Looking to get my hands on a Sportback Spoiler to fit my 2009 Lancer Sportback.

Ideally in White so I wouldn't have to get it re-painted or if anyone knows of a cheap body spray place, that would be awesome!.
