I'd rather the BRZ because the car is more a Subaru than Toyota anyway!

Okay slowly getting things together. During the road trip what tire pressure should I run. VRX with 18" rims. Normally I put in about 35psi in my old car but it was on just 15" with 195/50 rubber and since this car is new for me with new tires it hasn't come up before. For such a long trip...

I agree, was a little disappointed with my VRX when I got it used, the interior felt cheaper than my 15 years older CC coupe. The hard plastics on the doors and dash.

But on the bright side for anyone buying a used CJ it leaves a lot of room to modify and upgrade the trim.

I know it was some time ago but love the window vents, how are they working out? I've got weather shields so I tend to just leave my windows down a crack when parked in the sun and its safe from rain. Same goes when driving n the wet, besides with CC its just easier to set it to auto and let it do a...

Ironically you probably can see out the back better than anyone with a VRX wing. LOL

Haven just joined the CJ club I'm not planning changing cars anytime soon but I'd love a RA one day.

Away from Lancers a Mazda RX8 would be nice or even a Mini Cooper S, maybe even a WRX.

Nice plan but be warned a good set of VRX wheels can cost way more than a decent set of after market ones, I'm been told they are worth up to $800 each!

That said I've seen some used ones which need minor gutter rash repairs for around $500 a set.

Go to the go-cart tract near the Gateway for some indoor driving?

Looks like a wet weekend for most of the area.

Which is the better HWY Newell or New England? For road conditions and traffic, ie trucks.

I've looked on Google street view but not sure how up-to-date those images are.

Thanks for the advice, might still call the deal to make sure they are not covered by any warranty, just in case.

That look like a nice road, not sure if we can take the detour though.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll list them and keep them in mind on the way home.

Actually the driver side one doesn't stay up all the time, depending on the angle. I did take the strip of plastic off that runs the width of the dash yesterday to find a better way to run power for my dash cam. So do you remove that and then pull the vent from the bottom hidden edge? The exterior p...
