I can't give exact pricing until I see the log book, but off the top of my head the majority of services done in the books are valued around $135.00

Remember RPW does servicing of these vehicles, and we are ussulay around 75% of teh same price as a Mitsubishi dealership. Service without all the bells and whistles to pump the price up.

yes and yes

The 2.4 will vary a lot more with the tune than the 2.0, as they are much more sensitive to modifications.

There will eventually be a range of tunes for the 2. 4and every customer woudl have to try one of say, three variations to find the one with the best results.

The manuels and CVT's run identical tunes. We have done a tune for the 2.4's but its based off the 2.0 but it is different mapping. The CVT has not been significantly tweaked as we don't know the results of the changes. Yes the very second we get a 2.4 (Somehow who would have thought they were so ra...

I reckon Chiptorque have got ther emodels mixed up. First thing is that on the new 2.0 / 2.4 mivecs, they don't run a mivec rpm switch based system. They run continuesly variable intake / exhaust cam timing. I think Chiptorque are talking about the CG / CH 2.4 4G69 models which do have a 3000 rpm mi...

Nice choice of vehicle. I am sure you will love it and the extra power you get once you start modifying it.

That sounds like our dealership in perth, useless, not to mention they never stock anything in the perth warehouse. We are always having to pay for air freight all the time.

Warning for EVO X Owners - Fuel Pump Relay Possible Issue

Its been well documented in the USA that the fuel pump relay which are black in colour, are failing and resulting in low fuel pressure and damaging motors on the EVO X / Ralliart Lancer models. There have been two upgraded fuel pump relays in the states being a Green - 8627A011 - 1st Revision Blue -...

It was nice to meet some new people and revisit some others who are already customers.

Was good fun meeting everyone and hopefully, can do it again sometime and I will make sure the dyno is free to show some cars off.

We found with the colt air kits to do two things

(A) Use a very small amount of super glue on the main plastic adapter, two drops to stop it from rattling off

(B) We now also ensure the flexible hose has plenty of movement in it and ensure its cable tied to the adaptor so it can't slide off.

If you can head north, RPW would be happy to host a barbeque at our Osborne Park premises. I have a barbeque here and cold water / fridge. Would be easy to organise. Could even put a few cars on the dyno (Not too many maybe 3 - 4, and even tweak the maps whilst on the dyno if you wanted to make more...
