Can you feel the rattle at all? Have you had the clutch touched at all recently? Could be a number of things: - Flywheel rattling (unlikely) - Engine mounts - Exhaust heat shield Try and get someone to help emulate the noise while you can walk around the car and check under the car to pinpoint it.

One of the things you should be doing before trackdays in the RA is add an oil cooler. It's cheap insurance from engine damage and will help keep coolant temps lower as well.
