There is a reason for that, when they do the wheel alignment, they are lazy and don't line up the wheel dead straight when they lock it in place.

Take it for a wheel alignment, and stress the importance of getting the wheel dead straight. Always check it when they have done the alignment too...

I had 17s on mine with coilovers, and unless there were some bad ruts in the road, or the tyre pressure was not right it was fine.

How hard go you have the coilovers set?

How much pressure are you running in the tyres? Still sounds like something is not right. It should track the same as it did with stock suspension. Either way, a strut brace won't affect that behaviour.

With coilovers my car is already trying to shoot off the road over average bumps and I dont want to make it worse :P Also I found this yesterday: http://www.onautos.com.au/p-3399-mitsubishi-lancer-ralliart-cj-08-on-brace-strut-towr-f.aspx If yo...

You can put a 4G63T (Evo motor), 4G92/93 (Mivec twin cam engines) Or even the FTO motors will go in them. If you want to install the evo motor, the gearbox will need to be modified to be FWD only. You can make it AWD, but it is a serious amount of work. The 4G92/93 would be the easiest conversion if...

If you want a smooth finish, use an etch primer after plastic primer.

Whiteline may do one.

To be honest, this is the first time l have heard of a sway bar link failing on a CJ, so I wouldn't worry too much about going after market.

The UR is hollow as well.

I helped scraverx install a whiteline to his RX, and the quality was top notch. The UR does the job, I can't see the OEM being any different, only I have seen a couple of OEM ones on evo and RA develop some small cracks.

To be honest, you guys should never had accepted the delay in the start... If Mitsu cannot provide a part in less than a month when they are still rolling cars off the production line, then they need to make alternative arrangements to rectify your issue.

Where the hell is it coming from... The moon???

If it has taken that long, I wouldn't be waiting any longer.

Take up with Mitsu head office, fair trading etc. If they can't resolve the issue start demanding a roadworthy car.
