Maybe it's the disc also but what ever the cause after less than a week of owning it the extended warranty I paid for should cover it, especially considering I noticed the vibration on the test drive and told the sales person. Anyone who has driven the car at 100km/h should have known something was ...

Just went to Repco, bought some black PlasticDip* type paint and ordered a dash mat, $50 in black... I sense a theme here ;) * not actual PlasicDid but it should do the same job for my plan. Also on the way back we hit 110km/h and tapped the brakes, the vibration is WAY worse under braking at that s...

The tires are like new, only 1yo and 10k on them. They were vibrating while on the balancing machine and I'm pretty sure the rings are okay as they had some others at the service counter. Bob Jane are pretty good with all this and have said they can do a deal if I need to get some new wheels. I'll s...

UPDATE - Okay the dealer agreed there is an issue, said some bullshit that it had been checked by the same Bob Jane I took the car to, which I later double checked with them and they had not. They will check the car next week and give me a loaner car for the day. They said they would see what they c...

Will the RF audio above bolt/wire strait into the 09' VRX sedan?
I noticed some wires above where the speaker goes in the boot.

The car just had it's 90k service by the dealer the day before I picked it up. And apparently a road worthy check buy the dealer at the same time. But they missed the drive belt recall issue (long story). The wheels were checked by Bob Jane yesterday, as the tires were bought there 12 months ago so ...

I would hope they would give each car a report on what they found so you can keep it for future references.

Unfortunately I can't make the xMas lunch this Sunday. Went for a blast on the hwy a few hours ago, need to get those wheels sorted. But over all it's a nice ride, used the cruise control and auto wipers. Might drop into the dealer tomorrow as he said drop around any time so I could take him on a dr...

Not sure the wheels are worth much if they are slightly bent as Bob Jane told me yesterday. They did a full balance check and even cleans off the rust marks left of the wheels but the hubs. Talking to the dealer tomorrow as they should be covered by the used car warranty. Here are the wheels I'd lik...

High I'm new here, just got a CJ this week.

I'm after some floor and dash mats, just wondering if the first post still applies and what I need to do to get some, hopefully before the new year.

Okay I've just had the tires checked today and apparently the wheels are slightly bent, they should be covered by the warranty as I noticed an issue on my test drive. A slight wobble on the steeling wheel around 100km/h.

Just wondering if they have any warnings for drivers not to go over say 4000rpm until it's been checked and fixed?

What is the worse case if a bet lets go, you loose PS/AC and stuff, it shouldn't break the engine right?

Mines a manual but I will mention the car just had a big service (at a different dealer) and see what they say. I do wonder if they replace the belts at 90k?

Now I'm worried for mine, what kind of problem and will Mitsubishi fix it?

Most annoying thing about mine is I just picked it up and I told them about the recall and apparently the sales guys didn't do anything about it while it was in for it's 90k service, which is the big one.
