Re: RA vs NA?
Hey mate, if you've already got a 2010 ES, are looking for more power and can afford it, I'd just go for the RA. The difference between the 2.0 and 2.4 is noticeable but not all that great. Especially when you consider that you can get a clean, decent mileage RA for about $15k these days which is on...

Re: Turbo timers?
Sorry mate you lost me a bit there. Are you saying a timer isn't necessary any more because of newer turbo designs or something? Re: Turbo timers?
Turbo timers aren't really required for an RA or Evo as the ECU has pretty good control over engine functions and can be readily tuned via an OpenECU program. A boost pill or 3-port boost solenoid are common upgrades to maintain high and consistent boost levels.

SA Events
Hi all, so I've relocated from Newcastle to Adelaide and was wondering whether any events were coming up in the near future? Noticed that the calendar had events for Jul and Aug but haven't seen any traffic on the forums about them.
Would love to meet all the SA folks during a cruise or something.

Craig, your vehicle might actually be affected as the * indicates any character so a JMFSNCY vehicle might be in the recall range. On another interesting note, my car's VIN is on the recall list but is a 2012 model (potentially because it has an engine built prior to June 2011). Haven't received a l...

G'day all, Nathan here. I'm a long-time lurker, first-time poster who has figured it's about time he's introduced himself!
