MR936218 is indeed the full size spare wheel kit. What it consists off are a few pieces of styrofoam which raises the platform to accomodate the full size wheel. If you think about it, a 16 or 18 inch (diameter) wheel will fit your wheel well in the boot. What won't is how the platform seems on top ...
