Just to answer this part of it. Mitsubishi only began to offer the option last year? Before that, it was a club thing (not just ClubCJ, but a number of clubs).

MY stands for Manufacture Year. Look on the driver's side door seal of your car. There should be a metal plate to the left side bottom as you view it. I run mine on 36psi, 38psi for long highway drives - if that's any help. 32psi is too soft for me
