my car has been doing this for 2 days, i'm a second owner had the car 2 months, were you covered under warranty or did you pay? if so how much were you looking at?

mine is really noticeable especially one in 6th revs normal then low then normal then low.

I also read that Osrams Night Breaker Plus Were on Par with the Phillips, the difference was the price.
