I never got in the 5's and 6's in my old 09 es lancer. Mid 7's was the best I got outta mine in any drive.

Sounds like a real pain, I probably wouldn't take it back to Kelly Mitsubishi and get someone else to look at it. If they find something can take it back to Kelly and show them where they may have made a mistake and fix it at their expense. Do you have any mods? Depending on the age of your car most...

All of the above, I think those batteries last 6 or 7years so might be coming to the end of its life.
