Dam.. Thanks for clarifying. I did not even know! I guess I'll have to tint all glasses. Don't want them UV damage

What do you mean a complete tint? Just had my front glass done a month or so ago to match and it looks great. You may need to go darker than legal but the reality is unless youre a dick they wont pull you over for it. Just consider the rears have no UV protection, you could have a very light tint a...

What does everyone think about the 'privacy glass'?

Hey everyone, I own a Lancer VRX 2009 and it has the privacy glass (un-tinted front end and tinted back-end). I'm thinking of doing of a complete tint as I feel like the 'privacy glass' seems out of place.

Do you guys dig the privacy glass?

Servicing my car became really pricy now. Where do you guys get your parts? My friend recommended me a discount parts online store. They are really affordable there. Have you tried one? I just picked up service parts today from SCA today and my local automotive store, came to a total of $140ish... ...

I dont trust that power steering never needing replacement. flush and bleed it at 100,000 kms or 5 years. mine was brownlack after 60,000kms and 5 years. Thanks. Me neither.. Ryco filterss from Super Cheap are fine as long as you stick to the service intervals. You can get a decent after market pa...

Ryco filterss from Super Cheap are fine as long as you stick to the service intervals. You can get a decent after market panel filter such as K&N for that money, or again a Ryco one. I would also just go for a reasonable brand coolant and power steering fluid. Thanks for clearing that up. I got...

i have a 2010 activ with greenluish coolant. I would follow Kals advice about performing the flush with two oil changes in a short period of kilometres travelled. the reason being is that the new thinner oil with brand new detergents will collect more gunk and debris from the engine and flow it ar...

given that the log book says it has been almost 30,000k since the last oil change it may (but would really hope not) be 15,000k over due for a service. i would run an engine oil flush through the engine with the old oil, get a reasonable semi synthetic 10w40 and change filter and oil and drive for ...
