Aftermarket headlights to bright?

Hey guys, i recently got some Mars performance headlights, http://marsperformance.com.au/Black-3D-Stripe-LED-DRL-Bar-Projector-Head-Lights-Mitsubishi-Lancer-CJ-CF-EVO-X-07-16 . The eagle eyes led seems abit bright at night. Does anyone have any experiences with this regarding legality?
