Maybe I should have read up on what my rights were, its been a long time since I bought my last car. Plus I know finding a good VRX on the Sunshine coast can be hard, I know there are a few listed on Car Sales dot com au but most are private. And I lost the one I was looking at before this one came ...

Cricks bought this on themselves, they didn't do the proper pre-delivery checks, they didn't check the vibrations I felt on the test drive at 100km/h and I'm having doubts they did the 90k service, despite the service book being stamped and signed. Of course I haven't driven the car with the new tir...

The vibration saga continues... They spent a whole $400 on new Kumho tires, yes a set of 4 18" 225/40 tires for $400! (cheap bastards) the sales guy trying to make it sound like a good deal. But after spending all that money bad news (surprise surprise) it didn't fix the vibration at highway sp...

Well if they last a year I'll just sell off the old wheels next Christmas and get something I like. My only concerns are a) if they are crap it will affect the handling and braking, and b) they call me up and tell me they are having trouble balancing them... it was the wheels after all LOL I do hope...

Okay some good new FINALLY, they will be replacing the tires as a 'good will gesture' their words but I'm not 100% convinced it will fix the problem and they didn't say what new tires they will be putting on the car. Since I went to Bob Jane they will likely go else where, I'm hoping they got to Bri...

Okay I should be getting my CJ back this morning and want to hook up my dash cam, before I just had the power lead hooked over the mirror and dropping strait down, And previously in the CC I took off the A pillar cover but I don't want to disturb the airbag in the CJ so options please, what have oth...

UPDATE - so I spoke to the Cricks Wises service center, after getting the run around as to where the frac my car was. In the end I found it's back at Caloundra and magically it's the tires that are the issue, Bob Jane laughed at that idea. Yes one of the items NOT covered by the warrant is the fault...

How hard is it to fit a RA exhaust to a VRX, what do you need to do to the bumper and can you fit a under body splitter thing. Sorry new to the CJ world.

Yes and yes, I told both this morning as before I had not taken the car for a decent test and normally from 100 I'd just back off an not touch the brakes until it's dropped to 80 or less. It was only by chance I felt the vibration under brakes. I'm 100% sure there is a wheel issue, BJ had it on ther...

From what Bob Jane said this morning (they much be getting sick of seeing me LOL) the wheels do have a problem but you are right they said there might be a rotor issue as well. I would hope any brake issues like this are covered by the warranty, checked it and there is no specific exclusions for the...

Stupid thing is the vibration was there before I bought it, I was told it would be taken care of before delivery, the sales guy didn't pass this on or their so called pre-deliver road worthy checks are worthless. Anyone who drove it at 100km/h would have felt it and touching the brakes at 100 send m...

Well at least I have this gem to drive around in while they 'fix' the wheels. http://www.clubcj.net/cached_images/1418625724_1_PB_8162_0.jpg Yes the sales guy said they will try and fix the bent wheels, so doesn't that normally mean sending them back to the factory? How much will that cost them, and...

Put the 'Ralliart' floor mats out of my CC and into the CJ, until I can get some fitted ones after the holidays. Anyone recommend a good windscreen cover to keep the sun out? I need an external one with the GPS and stuff I have hanging inside. Hard to find them now outside of eBay. I have to drop my...

Sounds nice and 19" wheels to boot.
So is it the current model with the indicators in the mirrors?

I had to 'settle' for a 5yo VRX, won't be mine until I pay off the loan ;)
